  • Which currency does Pagetrim accept?
    All prices shown are in US Dollars. Pagetrim only accepts US Dollars.
  • Can I pay in installments?
    Pagetrim only accepts the full amount paid upfront.
  • Will you keep me up to date with progress?
    Generally, no, unless there are important questions that need answering from you, the author, regarding your work. However, you may request a progress update at any time, either in writing or through a video call.
  • How should I submit my work for proofreading and editing?
    All submissions should be in Word or Google docs. Recommended edits are then completed through Track Changes, making it simple for writers and authors to accept or reject the changes. However, if you have work in other forms such as JPEG or PDF, we can print and handwrite recommended changes, then scan the document back to you.
  • What happens if I'm not satisfied with the editing work performed by Pagetrim?
    Customer satisfaction is our priority and we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please get in touch and provide your feedback if you are dissatisfied with any services provided. You can also refer to our refund policy and quality assurance located in the Terms and Conditions at the bottom of this site.
  • Should I be worried about copyright and having my work or ideas stolen?
    Definitely not! Any images or footage used for your book cover or trailer are 100% copyright safe. Regarding your submitted work, it is 100% owned by you. Your work is safe on our secure, encrypted system, and no one but Pagetrim staff will ever gain access to your work. Pagetrim is happy to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), either one designed by you or Pagetrim's own version.
